AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL warrants to the original purchaser that the product described on the Warranty Registration Card will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) continuous years from the date of shipment. In the event a defect occurs during the warranty period, the defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced by AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL provided that product is returned, with transportation prepaid, to AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL. The product must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Form, which may be obtained prior to shipment by contacting the dealer selling the product or from AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL. This warranty shall not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, misapplication, accidental damage, or damage resulting from the use with a product or any device other than components supplied or approved by AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL.
AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL extends no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to this product, including specifically any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies provided in this warrant shall be the exclusive remedies for breach of warranty, an in no event shall AIRSHORE INTERNATIONAL be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
