These fixed Grade-D filtration systems are designed to provide breathing air for a specific number of workers. The system filters inlet air to provide respirator wearers Grade-D quality air. The first stage filters bulk water and particulate, second stage coalescing filter eliminates atomized oils, mists, and ultra-fine particulates, third stage removes organic vapors and odors. Filter change indicators are standard on all three stages.
Filter efficiency is 99.99% @ .01 microns. A built-in carbon monoxide monitor operates on 9-volt DC or 115 VAC for continuous detection. An external alarm and light signals the worker of high CO content.
The standard panel mounted versions supply 30, 50, 75, 100, and 150 cfm, at 125 psi outlet pressure. Grade-D air is monitored for carbon monoxide (CO) and an optional version for simultaneous monitoring of CO and Oxygen (O2) is available. High intensity audible alarm (123 dbA) is standard. Warning lights are supplied on all panels for airline monitoring. Monitor operates on 115 VAC or 9-15 VDC, conduit box supplied for 115 VAC remote alarm jack (9 volt is available as an option). A single user Grade-D air panel, model BB15-COPM, is ideal for a 1 person small shop breathing air station.
