All MACK- Series units start with the MACK-1 basic functions. One or two SCBA cylinders provide air to the system; a CGA-347 high pressure inlet is also provided to allow continuous operation from truck mounted air cylinders. A low pressure regulator provides 0-125 psi air to a four outlet respirator manifold. A low pressure alarm whistle and a 6 volt DC lamp to illuminate the case interior are provided as standard.

    The MACK-3 system has been designed and tested by fire and rescue professionals. Four separately regulated air systems provide a portable air distribution package for any pressure requirement.

    3 Medum Pressure Outlets (0-250psi), 4 HP inlet whips, 3rd incoming HP port w/CGA-347 nut and pressure cap, LP alarm whistle, Opt HP bottle fill whip with adjustable HP fill regulator and gauge

    1 or 2 SCBA cylinders are attached to 2 separate regulated air outlet manifolds. Each manifold can be isolated with a directional valve during rescue work. One regulator allows for 0-125 psi output and the other at 0-250 psi for operating "lift bags" or "shoring jacks" for trench rescue. A CGA-347 inlet is provided to receive air from track mounted air cylinders for continuous operation of the MACK-3.
  • A third regulator can be set for low pressure (0- 12 5 psi) to operate air tools
  • An optional regulator (0-5000 psi), Model MACK-3FA is used for SCBA filling. One fill whip is supplied with the system that attaches via a high pressure quick connect coupling.

    Air Distribution System Designed Specifically for Confined Space Rescue Teams

    The MACK-NFPA series has been developed specifically for the Fire/Rescue teams working under NFPA guidelines. The NFPA version of the MACK unit comes in two standard models. Each model has two separate regulator/manifold systems. Two SCBA connect whips are provided for each regulator. In the event of regulator malfunction, rescue can be performed on the standby regulator system.

    The basic unit, can have a regulator isolation valve added to allow one or both air sources to be used simultaneously; this addition forms the Model MACK-NFPA3 which has a CGA-347 high pressure inlet included.
