EXPERIENCE MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE

The Instruction staff at Urban H.A.R.T. has participated in countless rescue operations. The experience of these rescue professionals makes all the difference when it comes to the quality, content and effective-ness of instruction in each Urban H.A.R.T. training program.

The lessons learned during these rescue operations bring the real world into the classroom and onto the training scene.

The instructor's experience and knowledge are the by-products of training, dedication and discipline. These experiences however, are not enough to qualify as an instructor for Urban H.A.R.T. Each instructor undergoes both a formal and informal training regimen that consists of several hundred hours before they achieve Lead Instructor status. Regardless of the training program, these experiences make the members of the Urban H.A.R.T. staff the best group of instructors ever assembled by a private rescue training company.
