For Cancellations or Refunds: Processing time take upto 30 days.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
For Cancellation after orders are typed, and/or processed: a 10% fee of order will be applied and NOT be refunded.


NO RETURNS ON:
Custom Items / Custom Cuts / Custom Orders
  • (ALL CUT ropes/webbing/accessory cord (etc.) are considered custom cuts)
    Special Rope Orders, Non-Stocked, Certain Colors, Custom Lengths, etc.
    If part of an order is custom the entire order is non-fundable
    Printed, Numbered or Embroidered Items
    Custom Jumpsuits, Jackets, Vests, etc.
    Altered, Worn or Used Items
    Scratched or Damaged
    Close-out/Clearance items
    Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization
    Air Monitors
    Specialty Equipment

    Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

    Mis-shipped items & Clothing defects must be reported to us within 7 days from receipt. So please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, & styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.

    Return Policy:
    Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 7 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 25% restocking fee, less shipping charges.

    Exchange policy:
    Most Brands will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or Dollar amount of like items within 7 days of receipt. However you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us, to you and some brands may charge an additional restocking fee.

    When returning items, please send them via UPS or insured parcel post, we are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive.


    Delivery times can vary widely. HOLIDAY DELAYS MAY OCCUR
    Please specify if you must have an item by a certain date and we will verify whether that date can be met.

    No Returns On Overseas Orders
    All Overseas orders will be done by Wire Transfer and subject to additional verification and certification.
    No Cancellations on Overseas Orders Upon Wire Transfer and Processing
    Bank Wire Transfer Fees will be added to your order

    Credit Card Transactions:

    - Shipped only to Credit Card billing address and name imprinted on Credit Card or PIN# must be given.
    - All orders subject to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express rules and regulations.

    Orders are shipped generally by UPS or USPS.
    Some orders may be dropped shipped from the manufacturer using their preferred method of shipment.
