ROPE RESCUE - Tech I

Rope Rescue – Tech I is the initial phase of an intense two-part technician rope rescue program. During this phase of training, small unit concepts will be reinforced along with complex rigging, multiple anchoring systems, belay techniques, highline, vertical way, and prusik-use theory. This phase also examines equipment, procedures and applications, as well as system weaknesses and strengths used to form logical conclusions. Line tensioning procedures and their adaptability in different environments and situations will be discussed and practiced in real world situations.

ROPE RESCUE - Tech II

Training Program Cost $425.00 per person
Rope Rescue – Tech II is the second phase of an intense two-part technician rope rescue program. This phase addresses small unit concepts, problem solving, highline, vertical ways, and multiple anchoring systems. Also covered is complex mechanical advantage, victim packaging on-line, single and double attendant, ascending, knot passing under tension and during a mechanical advantage operation, and line transfer.
Prerequisite: Rope Rescue I & II and Rope Rescue Tech I
