Urban Hart understands the high stress requirements that have been placed on our Country’s Emergency Services since 9/11. The ability to attend the training programs of choice has been compromised by time constraints. By request, Urban HART has developed training programs to meet the personnel requirements of emergency Service personnel.
Rope Rescue I is the initial phase of a two-part program designed to increase productivity through hands on operations with reduced instructor to student ratio. Rope Rescue I addresses rope techniques, equipment familiarization, rescue knots, knot application, anchoring systems, multi-point anchoring systems, belay techniques, rappelling, self rescue, and line transfer.

PHASE II TRAINING

Awareness and Operations Rope Rescue II
Meets and Exceeds NFPA Standard 1670 and 1006
Training Program Cost $400.00 per person
Rope Rescue II is the second phase of a two-part program. Rope Rescue II addresses a thorough review of Rope Rescue I as well as rope techniques, simple and compound hauling systems, ascending and lowering systems, patient packaging, and stretcher raising and lowering with single and double attendants.
